We collect the following information when you use BizLog:

• Email address (for account creation and authentication)
• Business name and profile information you provide
• Income and expense entries you log within the app
• Categories and subcategories you create

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the BizLog app
• Enable cloud backup and sync across your devices
• Send account-related emails such as email verification and password reset
• Improve and optimize the app experience

Data Storage

Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. We do not store your data on your device beyond what is necessary for app functionality.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly inside the BizLog app under More → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

BizLog is not directed at children under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
